Shipping + Returns
SHIPPING
Retail orders are shipped by Australia Post within 1-3 business days of purchase. All retail orders include free shipping for orders over $100 with 5-7 day Standard Post with tracking. If you require Express Post, you can select that at the checkout for an additional cost.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Occasionally we may send large retail orders (such as yoga mats) by courier. You will be notified if this is the case with your order.
BODYxP is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by Australia Post or other third parties, however please get in contact if you don't receive your order in a timely fashion.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
BODYxP is currently not shipping internationally. For international shipment, please contact hello@bodyxp.com.au for an individual quote on any orders. BODYxP is not responsible for any duties, import fees or charges associated with importing goods into your country.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you’re not 100% happy with your order, then get in touch for an exchange, store credit or refund at our discretion.

We cherish our brand and implement quality checks into every stage of the design and creation process. We replace any defective products. Please note that this does not include general wear and tear.
WHICH ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
Items purchased in the last 30 days.
They must be unworn and unaltered. With the packaging still attached. Postage is not refundable.
Our refunds are processed to the original form of payment.
For exchanges the cost of shipping the product back to us will not be reimbursed. Shipping of the exchanged items is at the customer's expense.

Clearance / Sale Items. This includes any product that is purchased on a sale event.
