Our 6 person Group Reformer classes are designed for open level, meaning all levels are welcome and the class will generally target a full body workout.  Beginner Group classes indicate that no advanced poses will be included in the class, however all levels are welcome and will be modified accordingly to incorporate the appropriate challenge.  Stretch Group classes have a larger focus on opening poses and mobility, however will still challenge and include load and resistance.  All group classes, regardless of sub headings, are redeemable on Group Class packs or memberships.

pregnancy

Prenatal classes are open level for all mums and bumps cleared for exercise.  We keep these classes small (4 people ) and the duration longer in order to attend to all of the individual needs and modifications required.

Post natal sessions are Private appointments only from 6-12weeks from birth.  This is provided that medical clearance for exercise has been provided and newborns are of course welcome.   

We encourage all of our mums to put their medical team in touch with us for any special requirements and are happy to work diligently with all AHPs.

pre/post natal

Private classes are designed for clients wanting a more in depth and personal approach to their pilates practice.  These sessions are available to book online, however if a suitable time does not appear available, please get in touch as we are often able to accomodate alternate times throughout the day.

Shared classes accomodate 2 or 3 people at a privately designated time. These sessions range accordingly to the level of the group and the individual goals of the participants.

These classes are only bookable by contacting the studio to prearrange a suitable time for the group.

SHARED CLASSES

Custom classes are bookable for 6 clients at a time at a privately designated time.  This can include a course of classes for a specific group or for a private event session such as birthdays or team building exercises.
